Went to the doctor’s today and found out that:
- I’ll be on anbx for at least 2 more months. Since I’m taking 3 at very high doses, he told me, “In case you get diarrhea, just try this xxxxx drug and that should clear it up.” What a guy!
- I’ve been exposed to Epstein Barr and he thinks I may have an active case. My symptoms aren’t severe, but I do need to be careful as the Lyme’s has made my immune system cuckoo.
So, all in all it wasn’t a fantastic visit, but at least I feel good and don’t have any pain anymore (just really annoying muscle twitching). He thinks I’ve responded very well and quickly to the antibiotics and that only means I’m probably well on the road to be treated effectively. I don’t say “cured” because apparently, there’s no cure. But, God is a healing God and the women in my family have lived 90+ years with NO major illnesses etc–so I’m in good company–and I have the Living, healing God who is always on my side. I’m in good hands.

Congrats on the blog girl! It is very theraputic! I will pray for you during this season. Which church did you switch to? YOu know I am at Covenant Life now, right?

Yes, I heard you were at CL. I’ve been church hopping since the beginning of the Summer. Right now, I’m visiting Cedarbrook Community in Clarksburg.
